The single-story layout, seamlessly connected, encompasses a kitchen area with a slight elevation (please note that this means it is technically not on one level for those with wheelchair requirements) , while bedrooms extend from the central living room. Other things to note
Please note that the barn form part of a larger complex of buildings, including three neighbours and ourselves, the hosts, who are 50 yards away. The barn is not visible from the road when you enter, you have to come up the drive of the main house. Additionally, you can see and hear the road from the garden, its usually pretty quiet but 8am/5pm can be more noticeable.

The garden is now enclosed for doggies, with the lowest height about 3ft (with next door neighbor) and the back wall and fence (adjacent with the farmer's field) higher at about 4.5ft high. Please also note that Fern barn and Moss barn have gardens side by side, albeit with screening for privacy.

Pets stay on these premises
