"I reported at breakfast that toilet tank was continuously running and that valve changing water from tub to shower was stuck so unable to shower. Returned in the evening to find that toilet was not running and then realized we were unable to use toilet because they had resolved the issue by turning the water off at the wall. The staff from the front desk came at 10:15 pm after I called … with difficulty he was able to unstick the shower valve for us but now stuck in shower position. I turned the water to the toilet back on so it continued to run the rest of our stay."

"The bar was great. The room was very clean and quiet. Pet friendly.The staff was great. But they changed me to a king room cause I needed a shower. I have problems getting out of a tub.The two queen bedrooms all had tubs and not a combo with a shower. Hated that because the sofa sleeper was so uncomfortable that my granddaughter just slept on the unopend couch and that was uncomfortable for her. I went through hotels.com and got a wonderful price but when I changed room which they assured me was no different but it was. My bill went from about 800.00 to 1050.00 which was a shock to me and my wallet. But we did stay 4 nighs.They charged 12.00 or 14.00 for parking everyday. Breakfast was expensive and so was dinner. Went to Cracker Barrel instead for breakfast. It was great and got In & Out burger instead for dinner. Was delicious. We were there for my youngest daughters wedding. Wedding was beautiful, hotel stay was just a place to sleep. Didn't enjoy the hotel at all. Which was a shame. They gave us vouchers for weekend meal but never used cause there was Saturday morning breakfast with the wedding party and wedding on Sunday. Won't go back there. We live decent but we are not rich. For those who are it is a wonderful place I'm sure."

"This was the worst stay ever. When I arrived the staff was arguing with a guest. The room had black mold. Black mold in the shower. When you turn the air on - you can smell it. I woke up and my entire face was swollen. The bathroom fan was ripped from the ceiling. There was literal black curly hair on the walls in the bathroom. The stove was burned and had wires exposed. There was weed smells everywhere. My key card stopped working 3 times after I checked in. Everytime I had to get a new one - at least 3 people were there for the same thing - their key card stopped working. The girl at the front desk took 15-20 mins breaks every hour. They closed a gate at the desk after 10 and we had to wait. When I asked for a new room - I was told there was none. We could not move. We were forced to stay and told the manager who could issue the refund wasn’t in until Monday. while I was talking to her - another staff and a different guest got into it. The staff also allowed one man to sit in the hallway stairs and the the front lobby and blare his heavy rock music so loudly you had to almost yell to talk. He just sat there and the staff said “yea he can stay” DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Room was never cleaned, found a used condom under the bed and insects. The mattress must be super old since I duck into a hole in the center which hurt my back and led to terrible sleep. Woke up on Monday morning to some one blaring music so loud that the glass in the kitchen area started to rattle which woke my girlfriend and I up. We immediately left."

"Front staff was great, Vee was very friendly and welcoming. Room was great. Our only issie was on Sat afternoon when our key card wouldnt work. Took some ti.e for the issue to be resolved by maintenance"
