「Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

「Logement avec chambres spacieuses et confortables. Déco simple et agréable. Tout le nécessaire est fait pour une arrivée autonome. Très bien placé par rapport aux transports en commun.Merci pour ce WE Toulousain !」

「BonjourLe ménage n’etait pas fait et ce n’était pas propre (salle de bain !) Il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette et nous étions 4 !!! Donc j’ai dû en acheter…En plus le chauffage n’avait pas été coupé dans une chambre (ce qui est dans vos instructions) Grand appartement très accessible. 」

「The apartment contains 2 bedrooms. One of which is small and claustrophobic with vey tiny beds. Being a very petite person myself I had difficulty fitting in those tiny beds. Temperature, cleanliness and decor need improvement. Design o f the night tables are hazardous. Sharp metal sheets. Insufficient towels, unresponsive host.」
