「First, the owner and their communication was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, comfortable and clean. The proximity to everything from the river, to downtown and even to the great restaurants on upper Broadway is walkable and great. The “but” is that we stayed Friday and Saturday and it is located right on Broadway (popular cruising street) next to a popular bar that itself is loud and fills the parking area out back with partying till near 2 am. Truly, otherwise, a great stay.」

「We were traveling in for our daughter’s college graduation and found this rental to be ideal! The host has the home decorated nicely to make you feel at home. The home is supplied with anything and everything you would need for your stay. Having the fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup to run and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. Thank you!」

「Extremely happy with our stay! Everything was perfect and even better than we expected! We have done about a dozen VRBO and ABnB stays and this was the cleanest stay we have ever had. The outdoor bed was wonderful and the location was good. It was close to town yet couldn't see any other houses from the deck or the outdoor bed in the backyard.
