"When we arrived one of our rooms was not ready at check in. We had to wait over an hour. They upgraded the room to a suite yet we had been driving through the early morning hours and preferred to have the room available when it was supposed to be available. There was no hairdryer available with the front desk attendant stating they got rid of them all during the renovation. The microwave in one of our rooms didn't work and the phone didn't work in the other. The worst part was the breakfast area had no food when we came down with the front desk attendant stating that food was being made and to come back. When we came back, the closed breakfast. When the attendant was questioned, she said sorry and to write a complaint. The rooms weren't cheap and I've never experienced this type of service and will not recommend."

"Room very run down, floor buckling black mold on walls, light would not turn off, broken/shattered putter window no screen to open the window to help with foul odor in room. Had to unplug fridge bc it was making a loud noise. Requested refund property could only give $70 of $200 room cost stated it was bc I used Expedia."

"When entering the room we found the pull out couch bed was opened with no sheets, white stains, and a dirty sheet laying on it. The next morning when getting ready to leave we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. For spending over $300 for one night I expect a clean room with no bugs. "

"Very.clean and newly renovated. The young lady at the front desk is awesome and definitely an asset to the company!"

"The hotel felt a little pricey when I booked it but when I got there I realized they had a lot of amenities that if I had actually been staying there for longer than just a quick overnight stay they would have been nice to use. The lobby is full of nice places to sit and socialize as well as a decent breakfast bar in the morning."
