"We enjoyed our stay here ! The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback! Weather was clear that day so we had a clear view of Fuji from our room! Staff was nice ! Just wish the breakfast was better !"

"掃除等は行き届いていましたが、メイン照明の埃と蜘蛛の巣にはぎょっとしました。あと、プロジェクターのコンセントが3 線式に対し、電源タップが2線式なので、変換アダプターが咬ませてあるのですが、アダプター側のバネが弱いようで、すぐに抜けかけます。トラッキング火災になりかねず危険を感じ、滞在中は抜くようにしていました。それから、電気ケトルのコンセント周りがタコ足配線も怖かったです。"

"CLAMPING at Bulls Camp was really convenient for overnighter to the Mt Fuji area for Expo Fireworks at Fujiten Ski Resort. Not quite Camping, definitely not Glamping, the camp is situated right off of the 139 though there really was not any highway noise. The little deck and barbecue were great. "The room was very clean, but very small. We forwarded our carry on luggages and check in luggages to Kyoto from Tokyo (we were only in Fujikawaguchiko for 2 nights and just packed enough for 3 days/2 nights in our backpacks to hold us over). If we had our luggages, the room would've been way too small. At the end of the day, we were only at the hotel to shower and sleep and it was more than adequate. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, hair combs, and green tea/hojicha tea were provided. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was AMAZING. The curry and potato soup were so good and we loved the shine muscat grape jelly!! This hotel breakfast actually beat our ryokan breakfast. It's a close walk to the bus stop, but there wasn't much to walk to in the area except for a handful of restaurants and a Lawson."

"Extraordinary service and hospitality! Facilities, wine tasting lounge and drum show were unique and enjoyable. Plenty of space for all guests except during drumming show Sunday evenings - Our only frustration was the poor internet service - we had a bit of medical work to handle and could not connect to and maintain connection with internet in our rooms. Our onsen and room was fabulous. "

"This hotel was great with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Restaurant options for breakfast and dinner were top notch. We really enjoyed the food. We also appreciated the on site gift shop which was also a small market. Good selection of snacks and beverages. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a little remote (at the top of a steep hill). If you don't have your own car, it can be a bit of a challenge getting around, and relying on the shuttle. "
