「非常好的周末休闲地。有诸多的休闲活动。服务非常好，早餐在英国酒店里算是不错了，至少有水果。这是第二次住了，下次到Grantham还会再选择这个酒店。」

「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「The title really sums up this hotel. There was nothing either outstandingly good or outstandingly bad about this hotel. Everything was 'OK.' The location is nothing special. The room was completely standard, as was the food. Nothing stood out. I didn't try the pool/gym - I expect they were OK too.」

「I had a REALLY great time in this hotel. Everything was so perfect. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed and pillow were soft, the service had nothing to be criticize, and most importantly, it was not pricy at all. I was surprised and enjoyed my stay so much! I will definitely stay here again next time when I come to Lincoln!」

「Stayed in Tritton suite which has a good view of the cathedral from the living area and only been in service for a few months. Finished to a high standard and really clean throughout. Bathroom is great as it has a large shower and bath with dressing gowns included. Really enjoyed our stay and will be returning. Only minor suggestions to improve the stay would be including slippers to go with the dressing gowns and a box of tissues (hayfever sufferer)! 」
