Emerald Residence
Everything was perfect. Except no plug in the sink and the water was very hot. So not able to mix water. Also not informed it was self check in till I got there . Easy once explained though

The Milner York
Stunning building with imposing staircases and plenty of space, never feeling crowded. Staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were well appointed and bathrooms stylish and spacious.

Very comfortable room and the hotel is in a perfect location to explore York. The fridge in the room was a perfect addition as it meant we could bring some drinks and snacks into the room and keep these chilled. The breakfast was lovely with lots of options for everyone.
