“I arrived at 2:00am and was trying to get a sleep before the connecting flight next day. When I checked out the manager asked me about my satisfaction, I gave 8 out of 10, but the manager seemed so disappointed. I indeed think they need to do more to get better score - the air con was so cold, the desk lamp did not work, and the cleanliness has room to improve. After my departure, they texted me by Whatsapp several times, until I blocked them. I think it was unnecessary. In my point of view,……

“My stay at Hilton was awesome right from the time i checked in.The staff is very friendly, helpful and will do their best to take care of your needs. My room was excellent, was upgraded to a Suite and allowed an early check in too. My family also was at Hilton as their flights were cancelled and I did see how the staff was so very nice and helpful to my wife and kids as they were stuck for 4 days.Amenities were great too, the food was nice and the spa services were very relaxing too. “Room size is too small. The room is poorly designed, such that light in the corridor hits you on your face when you sleep as the partition above the door is fixed with glass. One will not be able to sleep”

“i was a bit skeptical on this booking but surprise surprise.. its a small hotel with everything you need. There is no food etc at the property but you don't need one... restaurants are right next to the place. Laundry service was spot on, priced well. Service boys are sincere and go the extra mile to help you. ”
