“I arrived at 2:00am and was trying to get a sleep before the connecting flight next day. When I checked out the manager asked me about my satisfaction, I gave 8 out of 10, but the manager seemed so disappointed. I indeed think they need to do more to get better score - the air con was so cold, the desk lamp did not work, and the cleanliness has room to improve. “Basically the hotel itself is pretty good, friendly staff, above average restaurant, room is clean.
The only downside is its location is in the same building with a mall, and there is a night club in the mall. Sometimes you can feel the bass from the night club”

“Very friendly staff all round at The Lofts. Great check-in experience and customer service while we were there. Some slightly rough edges around some of the fixtures and fittings in the room but these are easily over looked with the friendliness of the staff!”
