"Excellent location ,near the railway station walking 2 minutes.5 minutes walking to the lake front with lovely shops and resturants .. This is a lovely B and B .The owners were very friendly and helpful .Breakfast was served in the garden and delicious. I have stayed in many B&B over the years and this one is really one of the best .Highly recommend for staying in the lake cuomo area ."

"Rosa delle Alpi is an exquisite boutique hotel with large and spacious rooms and only 12 rooms on a very large natural oversized acreage with the most incredible staff. they also have the best chefs and incredible meals for dinner at below market pricing. when we arrived late at the Varenna train station in a pouring rain storm. One of the managers came personally to pick us up because no uber, no taxis. it’s about half hour trip to the Hotel. the property is exquisite with wood and stone...

They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. "great location and extraordinary staff. I met with the owner Hesham, a gentelman who made sure that I get well accommodated. The breakfast was good and the ladies were wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The AC should be a little colder but that's ok. it wasn't that hot anyway."
