This place is amazing! The perfect place to sleep in the mountains. Trust your good GPS and you’ll find it, really worth it. We were welcomed and guided by Agostino. It was a pleasure to eat a great breakfast with all local, farm-grown products! Such a nice experience for my kids that enjoyed this place w/o TV. Fam. rooms are comfortable, cute, clean on top of that you have WiFi. I definitely recommend this place so much!

The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. Returning after a day exploring the area and watching the sunset from high above was truly relaxing. One thing to note is that the hotel does not serve dinner, and there are no nearby restaurants, so it is important to eat before returning in the evening. During our stay, which was shortened from two nights to one due to other commitments, we unfortunately discovered a large number of ants riddled all over the bathroom and living area of our room late at night after returning from a long day out. The owner did what they could by arranging for housekeeping to vacuum them up, but it appeared to be an issue that had happened before, likely coming through cracks between the bathroom tiles and walls. While we understand the property is located on a farm, we did not expect ants inside the bedroom. Despite this unfortunate experience, the property is lovely overall, and I would stay again — next time for longer to enjoy more of the surroundings and the hotel itself.

A Perfect Farm Getaway

We had such a lovely stay here. Our hosts received us with a warm welcome and a sampling of their various goat cheeses made on the premises. Our room was new and clean and very comfortable. The views were spectacular all around and the atmosphere with the sounds of the animals made us feel like we were away from it all. Breakfast was superb and they offer local wines for sale.

Tutto perfetto

Beautiful backdrop views

Stayed for two nights and it exceeded our expectations - after spending our time walking around it was just the ideal place to relax and end our days with breathtaking views. It was clean, modern, very comfortable beds and fast WiFi. The breakfast was nice, homemade cheeses was my favorite item. While in Bellagio we purchased a bottle of wine and we emailed Agostino If he could provide us with wine glasses and some cheese and he responded very quick and presented us with a beautiful spread.
