“Breakfast was good. The free coffee provided included different roasts. The bed was comfortable, the temperature was easily controlled and the bath products were for sensitive skin. We had a quick and enjoyable stay.”

“The staff was really friendly, breakfast was amazing at Jack's. The only suggestion I would have is the furniture could use replacing. The drawers in the night stand would not remain closed and cabinet that hid the fridge was in rough shape also. Very outdated.”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“Rooms are needing major upgrades, windows are terrible. Myself and my 12 year old son had a 2 night stay and both nights we were so cold in our rooms, we had the heat up however the wind kept blowing in through the old windows and door. If it wasn't for the great staff this would be a horrible review. For the price I paid for a 2 night stay im greatly disappointed.”

“Excellent location to all of St John's. Have stayed numerous times at this location and has always been a great stay. Very quiet even with a near full building. Beds are comfortable and the shower relaxing. Value for money compared to many other hotels in the area is great, only issue is you are not within walking distance to any attractions. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.”

“Bathroom door could use replacing, it was an effort to close it securely. The self-moistening toilet cycled for nearly an hour after flushing and was quite loud. Our room came with a complementary bottle of wine corked with no bottle opener provided. We called reception for a bottle opener and it took an hour to arrive, similarly for towels. Complementary breakfast was good but also a little lacklustre, very meat and potatoes. The stay was otherwise very clean, quiet, friendly staff. A short……

“Parking was on street, and a parking permit was provided. The house was spotless, and absolutely stuffed with antiques and memorabilia! I could have spent all day marveling at the decor ”

“The first room was just disgusting with someone else's hair in the shower. The second room had an issue with heat. Thermostat is malfunctioning. Not to mention one elevator with long waits to get to and from the lobby. We ate the buffet breakfast thinking it was included and got a $50 bill and my stomach wasn't good couldn't eat my supper and ending the evening with the Diarrhea. I book this think it was a luxury hotel. It was far from that.”
