Poor check in experience. Staff was in a rush and forgot to tell me the room number and key card. Poor arrangement for the complimentary dinner. I have booked the dinner one day in advance and the staff seemed not aware of it. It took a while to confirm my dinner booking and I guess it was because of the poor communication between the front desk and the restaurant. After finishing the dinner, they charged me dinner fee but my dinner was included in the package. It created an awkward and embarrassing moment at the restaurant and again it took some time for them to set things right. There are other problems like the fridge was not cold enough, and air-conditioning was also not cool enough. Overall the hotel gave me a bad impression.
