"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. "This hotel is perfect for a night’s rest while in transit. You do have to go through immigration and security to use it, but in the morning it’s so straight forward to leave from because it’s right beside one of the security entrances. The room provides everything you need so we always book our check in bags right through and simple take a change of clothes in our backpacks."

"Overall, we had a good stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when I got lost nearby and needed assistance bringing my daughter back to the hotel. The location was convenient and the hotel was beautiful, but we found a pacifier under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The pool hours were also inconvenient for guests sightseeing all day. Overall, the helpful staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness and pool hours could be improved"

"Our stay in Tokyo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. Traveling with my daughter made convenience especially important, and this hotel made everything so easy. We loved being so close to Tokyo Disney Resort, while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the views were an added bonus. Every detail made the stay feel special. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt taken care of from check-in through check-out. This was our first trip to Tokyo, and staying here made the experience even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo—especially families visiting Disney Resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
