"The room was ok. It was clean and serviced every day, with clean bedding and towels. The Club Lounge access was great…a must for future stays. The surrounding grounds of the hotel were superb. The staff were friendly and very helpful. "

"The hotel itself is very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Unless you’re a Platinum Honors member, you have to pay extra for almost everything. Even basic amenities like the pool require an additional fee, which was unexpected and frustrating. Late checkout was also not available unless you have a higher membership status. While the property is beautiful, the added costs and lack of flexibility made the stay feel less worthwhile."
