"Absolutely excellent hotel in every way. From the start, the staff was friendly and amazing. We arrived from a long 11 hour flight, tired...and upon check-in there were a lot of people trying to check in at the same time. The staff checked with everyone and took some (like us) to another section of the hotel to get us checked in faster. Grateful for that. The room (Japanese suite) was incredible. Honestly, I travel a lot and never had better, cleaner, comfortable accommodations. Hotel location by the Tokyo Tower and subway made it perfect location to explore the city. When we called guest services and asked for something, the staff graciously and super quickly addressed our needs. Oh...and the breakfast buffet...wow!! We ate at a lot of great places while in Tokyo, but honestly the breakfast buffet may have been our favorite meal...and such great views! This was our first time in Tokyo and we'll definitely be back and a big part of that decision is the Prince Park Tower hotel. We will certainly stay there again. Thank you to the amazing staff of Prince Park Tower hotel. Arigato gozaimasu!!"

"The hotel was great with many restaurant options and shuttles to train stations and close to Disneyland. Hospitality and service was wonderful, all staff were polite and helpful. Only downside was the outside garden pool, where you had to pay and only reserve for 2 hours even though there was hardly anyone there. It would have been nice to access that more and relax or read by the pool. Buffet was tasty and had many options. The rooms were clean and tidy. Maybe a bit outdated with the colours but it was clean and tidy."

"Fabulous place to stay. So convenient to many shops and the local train station. Breakfast was really great and a good selection of foods for everyone. Really loved the relaxation area where you can sit and chill in the afternoon and evening with family and have complimentary beer, wine, other assorted drinks and lollies, especially for kids. The free Disney shuttle is so convenient and runs often in both directions. We would definitely recommend the Oriental Hotel."
