"Clean room, staff friendly"

"This property in the middle of everything and very conveniently located. If you need Wi-Fi, it’s very good. The bathroom is modern, the beds are comfortable. We didn’t get laundry service, but it’s available for a fee. The property is very clean and well lit. Please note that some properties are located on a higher floor if you have accessibility issues. The only recommendation I would make is that we were four adults, and so the second bedroom would benefit from a bigger bed to accommodate two adults. I also love that for a fee you can extend your checkout time, which was very convenient as we had a late evening flight. Overall, great value for your money."

"Good location, rooms with carisma, staff helpsom. Great view from terrasse and a small pool Breakfast not good. Bakery all dry. Seems like to days old crossiants and donuts. Strange how not to see it even. Breakfast is not keeping up with the standard of the hotel. "

"I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Robbers and thieves operate freely. Our luggage was stolen whilst checking out right infront of 3 reception staff who did nothing to stop it happening!!!!. They were also very reluctant to assist us when we asked them to call the police!!!. Our passports,credit cards,money mobile phone and ipad were stolen. We did not even receive any assistance from the hotel staff or management. I would definately never stay here there is something very bad going on at this hotel."

"Loved our stay at NH Santiago! The hotel in centrally located and very close to public transit . The rooms are very spacious and clean. Buffet was assorted with various foods. The only drawback was that the hotel did not have a pool although listing states it has one. It has a Jacuzzi instead which needs to be reserved but is private. Would definitely recommend. "

"Staff are friendly and professional. Just as the reviews all say, breakfast buffet is plentiful! We stayed clear of the eggs, but the fruit, pastries, and a la carte items were all fresh and delicious. Room was basic but clean, atmosphere in the common areas (lobby, etc) is like something from another time! "
