“The hotel was in a walkable location. The room was very clean and communication was excellent. The only downside was that we could not store our luggage on the day we arrived. This service is not offered on the weekend.”

“We had a great stay at Lastarria Apartment. Our 2-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent! It is right in the heart of the pretty Lastarria neighborhood, with many restaurants, cafes, artisan market, attractions within walking distance. Great vibe area for sure! We also felt very safe walking around the area, both during the day and in the evening. Overall, it was a wonderful……

“Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist……

“El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.”
