“Beautiful property. Check in was so simple - code sent ahead of time and all seamless. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped for all we needed - breakfasts, lunches etc. Everything was fabulous - and the host was right there if we’d needed anything. We’re hoping we’re lucky enough to come back!”

“The room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the host was quite friendly. The ensuite washroom is small but adequate. The home is about 6 years old and in excellent condition. There is a limited number of accommodations on Gabriola Island and we were happy. We chose this one. There was an outdoor hot tub available however we didn’t use it. We would stay here again should we visit the island in the future ”

“A very well-kept gem that invites you to rest and relax, while also being a great destination for trips in the surrounding area. Many small details in the garden and by the lake have been lovingly arranged, so there is always something new to discover. A very attentive hostess had provided a welcome basket with treats, as well as thoughtfully stocking the refrigerator with water. She was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. “The property is amazing with spectacular views and gracious hosts. My family and I were lucky enough to see whales, eagles, dear and bunnies from the comfort of the living room window. Debby and John are both amazing hosts happy to assist with information about the area and any other inquiries we had. The location is close to everything you’d need and yet very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a great trip to Nanaimo. ”
