“OK”

“We've stayed here a few times on busy FSU game weekends so we're not spending the crazy prices closer to campus, but this was probably our last stay. The hallways and room smelled like must water damage, our feet got dirty just walking on the carpet, the towels in the bathroom were thread-bare and overall it was just not good. The only positive is that the staff is nice and it's cheaper (although not worth it what we paid) than staying closer to campus.”

“It smelled like roaches. The whole place. Although i only saw 1 dead one you could let they place was invested at some point. They didn't even try to have air freshener in the room or anything.”

“Great bed and breakfast in the beautiful small town of Quincy. Bek was a wonderful and accommodating host. Was there for parents weekend at FSU and it was a reasonable distance from Tallahassee. The surrounding neighborhood has some beautiful homes and mature oak trees that were impressive.”

“We enjoyed the gentleman quarters, full of baseball memorabilia. Sitting outside on the porch was very enjoyable. Richard is very friendly and easy to reach. We were very pleased with our stay.”

“Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy.”

“---We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and organized, and the owners were responsive. We had snacks, and the refrigerator was stocked with a nice variety of food and drinks. The owners even left bottles of wine for our enjoyment — he is a winemaker! It's about a 30-minute drive from Florida State University, but absolutely worth the drive. Towels and small toiletries were provided, and everything we needed was there. We would love to stay here again!”

“The stay was amazing. Fully furnished home with a Parish Decir feel. So clean, cozy , and comfortable ”

“Very clean and accommodating.”

“This was a nice enough place but extremely cluttered witth knick knacks that it was difficult to use. For instance there were two tables setup for what looked like a dinner party. It looked cute but meant we had no place to put our supplies. Additionally there was no obvious place to put those dishes, so eating there would bee quite confusing. However the one thing that drove us crazy there was that the hot water was intermittent during our stay. Id start a shower at the right temperature……

“We were greeted with home made muffins, fresh eggs and a very nice welcome card with recipe for the muffins. The air conditioning worked well.”
