The first to rooms i got. 1 smell like dog. The other like cagarrett.. Benjamin at the front desk was very nice and gave me 2 other rooms...1 of my new rooms had a huge roach in my bathroom..after that i couldn't sleep all night..terrible experience...

Good stuff first: The customer service was excellent. The man that helped us check in and assisted us with an issue in our room was great. We didn't see any bugs, so that's a plus. There was a nice big refrigerator, which was also nice. However, the room itself was terrible. Definitely not the quality of the one in the photo. It was worn out and not updated and it smelled. I am disappointed that Wyndham put its name on this hotel. I would not stay here again and it only got 2 stars because the customer service was so good.

Room smelled moldy bathroom was soo dirty I refused to take a shower. There was a used dirty towel behind the bathroom door. There dirt caked between the shower and the wall. The doors were smudged with dirt. Light fixture in the bathroom was stained from some sort fluid. Felt like I was in a hotel in a 4th world country. I was soo disappointed I even refused eat breakfast there.

The stay was not good at all but because I could not get my money back I made the best of it first off the room I was put in had a bad odor and roaches and then the clerk asked me what I wanted to do because the roaches more than likely came from by the elevator which I did not understand but whatever works for him and then the 2nd room was a tad bit better just one stain on floor and no odor but the tub was terrible and the walls had spider webs on them my son was coming out the door to the one housekeeper telling him he wasn’t supposed to be there like he was lying about staying in a hotel like this I am like Really the clerk came in the next morning to claim he was checking to see if we were checking out I told him that I seen more roaches he acted confused and came in my room while we were getting ready to go to me he was just checking to see if we I guess damaged the already damaged room I will never return it was just for one night

The staff was excellent, super friendly. I had booked a night in advance, but when I arrived I was shocked by how disgusting the mattress was in the room they assigned me. I was settling in when my child looked at the bed and saw the mattress, which was horribly dirty in one corner of the bed, so I decided to cancel and go to another hotel.

This was by far the worst experience, my family, and I have ever had a Hotel. Not the only was everything broken on that room from bathroom doors, to toilet I had to fit justto be able to go to the bathroom because front desk never answered the phone, but forget about answering they need to be checked for sanitary guidelines and protocols for how dirty and gross all of that establishment is, it is one of the dirtiest and most dangerous hotels my family and I have ever stayed at, we got woken up by a homeless person in the middle of the night knocking on our door around 6am while he had been going all night knocking at other peoples doors and kept me awake all night scared I was terrified, til he knocked on ours and we had to call 911, a cop came to check and make sure everyone was alright and make sure the intruder had left. Everything about this hotel is wrong, their rooms do not look anything like what they show on their website or pics on the internet, I feel like I got cat fished the way they sell these rooms blindsiding people, showing you something completely different, because I’ve been to a lot of hotels in my life, and especially Gainesville because my son goes to school there, and I’ve never ever come even close to stay at a hotel like the one we stayed at The Days Inn at Wyndham, nothing was to the standards, not even too like remotely meeting the stands of a clean place it was disgusting. The smell is unbearable, I want my money back, my kid was terrified.

Room was dirty and smelled musty. Bathroom door had dirty footprints and handprints and something blue (silly string?) stuck to it. Tub was dirty. One bath towel had a huge stain on it. We had a reservation for 2 nights but after the first we decided sleeping in our vehicle would have been a better option.

The room was a bit worn out with the shower/tub rusted and dripping. Staff at the desk were fine but the room needs a freshening up. Sink in bathroom did not have a way to stop the water draining from the sink and the hot water took many minutes to get warm.

Staff was fine. The first room was horrible. Is had roaches and what appeared to be mold. We got another room which was better however the carpet was filthy. There was no soap so we had to go purchase some. Will never stay in a Days inn again!

I knew I wasn’t booking a luxury stay, but I never imagined the place would be so dirty and poorly maintained. The hallways were filthy, the AC units were leaking water, and the doors and windows hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was disgusting and outdated — I didn’t even feel comfortable walking barefoot. The room lacked proper cleaning, the furniture was old, dull, and chipped, and the fire alarm was completely disconnected. This hotel is in terrible condition and clearly hasn’t been inspected for a long time. It’s unsafe and unsanitary — Expedia should really review this property.
