Our stay was very enjoyable and it is close to everything. Very clean and new. Property owner was also very responsive.

Clean and neat.

This was a building the owner apparent divided into 4 rentals. The unit was very tidy and spacious enough for 2. The shower was nice. The kitchen was fine. The decorating was fairly modern. HVAC worked well. Shower above average. Washer/dryer perfect and newer. The area has a Publix and Walmart nearby. There is an Olive Garden walkable (1 minute). The exterior is a bit run down. Only downside was adjacent unit noise. The joist system transmitted sound.
