Perfect for UF Graduation

Perfect place for 5 of us for the long weekend. Way better than a hotel. Convenient to everything, very clean and new, and very helpful and communicative mgmt. Great place.

Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a great stay for my wife and I and our grown kids. W loved the location close to downtown and walking distance to Depot Park. Have had everything we needed to be comfortable and we saved money making breakfasts and lunches at the house.We had a great time in Gainesville seeing great live jazz, games at the Arcade Bar and a fabulous local food selection.

Cute but wrong place.

The house is very close to expectations with the exception of the neighborhood and immediate surroundings. Great location for proximity to school graduation. It was a little disturbing when we drove up and saw our surroundings. The back porch needs attention. The front door locks with a key which is not safe in the event of a fire.
