Great relaxing place

Our stay at the condo was very relaxing and stress free. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would suggest including hot pads in the kitchen as well as shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the bathroom.

Great Getaway

Just a quick weekend getaway as a couple - perfect location in Galena. The Owners Club passes were a great addition and we went to the pool and the marina while we were there. Close to downtown Galena and the shopping and restaurants. The house was perfect - very clean and had everything we needed!

Galena “Anniversary getaway”

My husband and I love the Eagle Ridge area. It’s truly a beautiful get-away. And it’s not far from downtown Galena for a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment. Can’t wait to return for our next excursion! Jim & Jo. 😊❤️

Perfect getaway

One Home bedroom golf villa was perfect. Made one easy meal there using propane grill, otherwise we spent time in downtown galena. Nice deck and view of golf course. Great walk paths. Will return!!!!

Halloween parade weekend

Beautiful property, our place was so clean and quiet, right on the golf course. amazing views! it was our 1st time in galena and we will definitely be back! The parade was out of this world!

The property was clean and had easy access from the parking lot. The slider needs some attention. The screen was laying a long side of the privacy wall. Some of the verticle blinds are missing. Plus, it's very hard to slide them aside without some falling off. The dead bolt doesn't operate from the inside. Some of the paint is peeling in the lower bath. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The weather was great for the 3 days.

Exactly as described

Spotlessly clean, convenient to Galena, facing a peaceful and expansive green in the rear; with lovely amenities that included the Spa at the end of the road in one direction, a very nice restaurant across the road, and the lovely family oriented Owners’s club up the road in the other direction. Galena is a magical step back in time with wonderful shops and lots of “Ghost tours”. We’ll come back.

A bit surprised to find a realtor’s rug as the doormat, when it was not currently on the market.House was cold at 62; we are used to the HVAC being adjusted for arrival and also a light on inside.Bed and furniture were comfortable. Fun days in Galena

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good Experience. One issue with heat (temp was 60 degrees when we got there on a cold rainy day outside temp was 54 degrees). If heat does not turn on immediately call the Contact person immediately. We waited for 45 minutes and it still took 1 hour to resolve, a tech needed to come. There was a hole by the front porch with two pipes visible. We were told that the Eagle Ridge maintenance pulled a shrub out and broke the pipe. Apparently not all the gas shutoff valves were turned back on. Otherwise, the condo was very clean, and comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Understandably it is one of the least expensive properties you can rent in the territory. With that being said it was like driving a 30 year old car with 300k miles. It got the job done but was not luxurious. Missing a lot of normal items found at a rental house - shampoo, conditioner, liquid/bar soap, lotion, tea, honey/sugar/creamer, a keurig, etc. Place is old and pretty beat up. Even the arm rest on the right side of the couch is broken (very strange). Again, place is nice for the price but you get what you pay for. Huge downgrade from the Westaway house we rent the 2 nights before.
