Nestled on over 20 acres of scenic farmland near the gentle flow of Iler Creek, this single-level home offers a quiet escape surrounded by open fields, vineyards, and rolling hills with views stretching in nearly every direction.

The home has been thoughtfully renovated and features all-new furnishings and décor throughout. Blending cozy comfort with a bit of country style, Oak Star Farm is ideal for families or small groups looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Inside, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering generous space and comfort. The bunk room, featuring a twin-over-full setup, is especially popular with kids and teens.

While the interior offers everything you need for a restful stay, most guests find themselves drawn to the beauty of the outdoors. Take a peaceful stroll down to the creek, or cross the bridge to explore more of the private farmland that makes this property so unique. Located just minutes from local vineyards and tasting rooms, Oak Star Farm is a dream for wine lovers. This lovely property was everything as description, location was away from the hustle and bustle of town and that was nice, it was clean and accommodated our family during our stay would highly recommend the garage /playroom came with a nice big couch and a extra bed with a bathroom on that end of the house made it nice ! We also got use some wood on the property for a nice fire outside ! Communication was already great! Couldn’t rave more!

Loved this place!!

We had an amazing experience here! Perfect location, so quiet and a beautiful clean house. Had everything we needed and we were comfortable and happy with everything. We had our kiddos so we didn’t get to enjoy the wineries but it was about 15 to groceries, food, Brewhouse in Forest Grove and other neighboring cities. We loved watching the deer every morning and evening come up the driveway and around to the back of the house. Kids had fun exploring down by the stream just outside the back door practically. Check in was streamlined and ample and communication with property management was always super fast and above and beyond. Favorite VRBO we have stayed at so far!

Wonderful Stay

The house was immaculate and in the most tranquil setting. It was the perfect place to get away and just unplug . The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. We loved watching the deer visit the property in the mornings and evenings. It was a beautiful view to wake up to every morning.

This house is in a quiet and relaxing area, but still close to tourist areas. From here we could get to the coast or to Portland in less than an hour. This was a great alternative to staying in a hotel in a busier area.

Great place to stay!

This home met our needs well and was a great choice for our family of five adults. Very clean, and previous reviews with a heads up to plan in advance for food, etc., were very helpful. Easy drives to the coast and east into Portland, suburbs, along Columbia River.

Quiet, Clean Farmhouse

Oak Star Farms is a clean, well-maintained home that was a nice spot for our family to play board games, read, and relax between Portland and the Pacific Ocean. Highlights for us: - The grill was very clean and was easy for us to use. We're accustomed to having to clean off grills at vacation rentals, so this was a welcome surprise. - The beds were terrific and very comfortable - The large table was terrific for the board games we brought. - The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. - The appliances are in good condition and work well. We knew that the location would be well off the beaten path, and were looking forward to the solitude. Be advised that there are no gas/groceries opportunities in Gales Creek so be prepared with everything you need for a good first morning when you arrive. Nearest groceries are about 15 minutes away in Forest Grove, and we ended up heading about 30 minutes into Hillsboro for a restaurant. We were able to easily do things in Hillsboro/Portland and Tillamook/Rockaway Beach so that option worked well for us.
