“Very scenic, peaceful, and quiet. Only had one night there but the meal we had in the afternoon from the lunch menu was very good and we wish we could’ve stayed longer to try some of the delicious looking items on the dinner menu.”

“I really have to say it was a mistake to have booked this place; it should be inspected by some authority. Our stay was very bad. First, we arrived having already booked this place online, so we had no references. On the day of our visit, my children, my wife, and I entered our assigned room, turned on the light, and what was there was far from normal ,There were cement stains on the carpet. Well, I thought, maybe we'd continue with the remodeling, since my kids were already sleepy. Traveling……

“Yes on both. I found that the floor in shower very slippery I had to put hand towel on floor to stand on for safety. ”

“Room was a bit run down. Didn't seem like it was cleaned in awhile. Dust on the counters and cabinets. Toilet had a mold ring in it. Breakfast seemed stale. They do not put everything away everyday and leave it out until the next morning. ”

“My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”

“Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.”
