“Excellent service from staff. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was mediocre.”

“They had no body wash in the shower only small bars of soap. One of the lights by the bed wasn't working. They eventually fixed it after a complaint. The phone in the room did not work.”

“My second visit in a month, this time with my wife. Everything was really excellent the staff is really friendly and helpful especially Kayla, if your lucky enough to have her working when you're there she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They keep the place really clean. One thing we noticed though at the smoking area in the back of the hotel there's a door to the upstairs steps that did not have a card lock for customers staying at the hotel and was unlocked and open.”

“The room was clean, bathroom updated. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day although it is a old hotel which you must take into consideration it was perfect for two nights pool was clean furniture.”

“This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . ”

“Parking”

“It was as expected for the price, and close to my training with a little shopping and coffee close by. This is needed because the rooms are built for rest and relaxation. However, it was clean enough, adequate water pressure, parking directly in front of my room, quiet during my stay and I was only there for two nights. I wouldn’t think all rooms are as adequate and they definitely need more renovation but adequate for what I needed.”

“If you can get through the smell of marijuana and people yelling down the hallway, pounding on doors from midnight until 1 AM, you will find yourself in a room that was in disrepair. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom, half the lighting worked, there were stains on the main door and headboards of the beds, a broken chair at the desk, and water damage on the wall by the main window. The positive is that even though the beds were small, they were comfortable, and there was a nice 55-inch TV.……

“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. But once I opened the room door I knew for sure there was no way I could have stayed there. Bathroom window was broken and the beds looked like a tarp and……
