“Dette hotel er noget helt specielt. Vi havde et værelse på 3 sal med egen terrasse. Vi havde et alle tiders kæmpe tre lige uden foran og om morgenen, da vi skulle spise morgenmad, var aberne meget interesserede. Det var en morgenmad, som var inklusiv i opholdet, men det blev bragt til værelset til aftalt tid og man kunne komme med ønsker om preferencer. Tillige fik vi en mygge skåner. Vi havde brug for transport og stedet havde en mand ansat, der gerne kørte os til adskillige oplevelser og endda……

“Courteous staff, a quiet, comfortable room and super catering in a superbly fitted out property made this a fantastic stay! Okay, so someone had stolen the TV (joking; there isn’t one in the room, but there is fast, free wifi), but if you want to be in the centre of the Galle Fort action, I reckon few properties can beat this one!”

“To call this a 3-star hotel is an absolute understatement. This boutique hotel is full of charm and character, offering an experience that far exceeds its rating. We stayed in the Deluxe Ocean Front room, which was stunning. The room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and the private balcony was the icing on the cake. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They accommodated our early travel schedule by packing us a breakfast to-go on the first day……

“So nice stay. Everybody has to try to eat dinner there. The shef was excellent and the manager was so gentle. He played nice music for us every night and we where the only guests. We had dinner there all three nights!!!!! ”

“The hotel staff are really helpful and polite. They are willing to tell me how to reach Mirissa Beach and Jungle Beach. One of the staff even provided me lots of details of catching a bus to Jungle beach. They are friendly and informative.”

“Even before we left home, the staff at taavetti was responsive and kind and helped us organise a driver who picked us up (and waited for us to sort out an issue with our bags!) at colombo airport with a sign. Upon arrival they were welcoming and smiling and provided us with cold towels and a refreshing mango juice. The property is spectacular with great antique furniture, lush vegetation and a very pretty pool. The arches throughout the property really add to the charm too. They took care of our……
