Beautiful spacious villa with amazing pool

We had a wedding close to this villa and this place turned out to be the best place to stay. We very much enjoyed the pool and it was great that everyone had their own spacious room. The location is amazing, close to Barga, with a lot of privacy. Andrea the owner is very friendly and flexible!

Great stay on very nice location, highly recommended

We stayed for a week with our large family in this beautiful authentic house. Each family had its own apartment. It was all very clean and the apartments were fully equipped. The pool was very nice for all ages and was cleaned every day. It also has a very large garden for the children to play. The contact with the manager Andrea was good and he was very helpful. We were informed about activities and received homemade olive oil and wine as gifts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

Molto bene!

We had a fantastic week at Andrea's house with 5 families. The house is perfect for this situation, because it's split up into multiple "units". So enough privacy when you want it. The location is fantastic, at the end of a little dirt road and with no neighbours in sight. Fantastic pool, beautiful garden for the kids to have adventures in. At night, deer come to visit, as well as many other smaller animals. In short: an absolute delight with a super friendly host!

Für unsere Großfamilie mit 14 Personen die ideale Unterkunft. das Haus hat 3 separate Eingänge. Alle sechs Paare haben ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und Bad. Das entspannt alle. Pool wird jeden morgen gereinigt. Supermarkt 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Umgebung bietet für alle möglichen Unternehmungen viele Möglichleiten. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

großartige Location

Das Anwesen von Andrea ist wirklich großartig.Ein uriges Landhaus wunderschön gelegen. Landschaftlich ein Traum und der Garten ist ein absolutes Paradies.Wir waren dort mit befreundeten Familien, die Kinder zwischen 8 und 17. Alle haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt.Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight für die Kids.Der Pizzaofen war für uns auch ein echt bereichern der Faktor.Andrea hat uns prima eingewiesen und betreut.Es war insgesamt eine phantastische Zeit.Danke für alles wir kommen sicher wieder.

Traumhafte Lage bei sehr sympathischen Gastgeber

Wir waren dort mit insgesamt 13 Personen und zwei Hunden. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und bewegen. Der Pool ist natürlich das allerbeste und man kann den ganzen Tag sich dort entspannen. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar und man ist komplett für sich. Das Haus und die Inneneinrichtung ist landestypisch im älteren Stil. Also viel ältere Möbel etc. Aber das ist auf den Bildern erkennbar und das ist auch so gewollt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und ist zur Stelle wenn es etwas zu regeln gibt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Besichtigen von vielen kleinen malerischen Bergdörfern ein. Wer Wanderwege findet kann auch wunderbar wandern. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke!

Urlaub mit 2 "runden" Geburtstagsfeiern in der Toskana, mit der gesamten Familie, mit 9 Personen.

Der Urlaub in diesem Anwesen war für uns, 3 Familien mit 4 Kindern unter 14 Jahren und 5 Erwachsen ein ganz toller Urlaub. Die Anlage ist riesig, das Haus, einen großen Pool, eine sehr große geplegte Außenanlage mit ausreichend Naturschatten. Die Anlage liegt etwas Abseits was toll ist, denn man wird durch keinen Nachbarn mit Lärm belästigt. Das Haus besteht eigentlich aus 3 Häusern mit getrennten Eingängen mit überall Duschen, Toiletten und Zimmern. Man kann gemeinsam Urlaub machen und sich trotzdem zurückziehen wenn man will. Es gibt 3 Küchen, wir haben aber nur eine Küche als Hauptküche benutzt. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgerüstet. Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass dort 3 Kühlschränke waren, was immer für kalte Getränke gesorgt hat. Auf dem geplegten Rasen könnte man sehr schön z.B. Fußball etc spielen. Der Pool ist eingezäunt, hat genügend Liegen und Schirme. Sogar Liegen für Kinder waren dort. Unter einem Zeltdach im Freien waren Tische und Stühle, ausreichen für noch mehr Leute. Das war gemütlich und schön im Freien zu den Mahlzeiten oder Feiern sitzen zu können und das im Naturschatten. Das ist großartig, kennt man dort die Temparaturen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hat sich um uns gut gekümmert. Parkplätze sind natürlich reichlich vorhanden. In der Nähe ist ein großer Supermarkt mit fast gleichen Preisen wie bei uns. Für uns war das ein großartiger Urlaub, bei dem nichts gefehlt hat. Wir konnten sehr gut Ausflüge und relaxen kombinieren. Unser Rating : Top

Abifahrt in Coronazeiten

Mit 17 Leuten haben wir im Sommer 2021, diese wunderschöne Villa besucht. Die Anreise samt Absprache mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos wobei er sehr flexibel auf unsere unterschiedlichen Ankunftszeit und veränderte Gruppengroße reagiert hat. Danke! Außerdem haben wir viele Infos bezüglich sehenswerter Orte etc erhalten, eine sehr nette Geste, die wir bestimmt auch genutzt hätten wären wir nicht gerade auf Abifahrt gewesen. Das Haus ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, wobei die Tiefe des Pools ca 1,20 m vieleicht erwähnt werden sollte;) Trotzdem kann man ganz gut drin schwimmen und Spaß haben. Das wirklich sehr große Gelände ist super für Fußball, Volleyball, Versteckfangen etc. geeignet und durch die abgelegene Lage stört man auch niemanden! Trotzdem ist ein großer Supermarkt in 8 Minuten erreichbar, Perfekt! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Great house for a big family in beautiful surrroundings.

We had a wonderfuld week in this house. We were 7 children and 6 adults and had plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and the children loved the pool. Andrea (the host) was very kind and helpful. The house had every thing we needed. Only thing is that the beds are quite hard, but we managed with some extra blankets. The best recommandations from us.
