Location at the East end of the island is convenient to restaurants, groceries, and fun activities. Clean, well-managed, and the perfect couple or small family place to get away to!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the property and the grounds are beautiful. The rental had everything we needed for 2 people. Darkening window treatments in the bedroom due to hallway lights would be nice. The only thing we were disappointed with was the cleanliness of the beach. I would have thought they would clean the area of debris that washes in right in front of the property for guests. The location of the property is perfect; close to everything and not in the crowds. Would stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been bringing my family to the Galvestonian for 20 years. But now it seems the board has lost its mind with the rules. You need a Philadelphia lawyer with you to go through all the new rules. Not exactly the laid back island resort we were hoping for for. Yes the property is nice and our condo was adequate, except for the outside light blaring through our bedroom window. The rules committee and the bureaucrats most be bored and sitting around complaining and coming up with rule after rule. I can tell an out of control HOA when I see one. Poor condo owners. The assessments must be unreal. HOA gone wild! Rules rules rules. What a shame.
