Great Place

Location is away from the busy seawall and located on the beach. The condo is small as stated in the description, but they have done well with the available space. The facility itself is well maintained with friendly staff members. We had a great time during our stay here.

Great place to relax

The condo was well supplied with all we needed, dishes, drip coffee pot (no blender) paper products, towels wash clothes, shampoo, body wash, beach towels, blow dryer, comfortable beds the list goes on and on. The pictures of the property are accurate. Check in was great no problems, very friendly, helpful staff. A nice quiet area with great views both from inside and out. Just a short drive to everything. The condo is small, about the size of a hotel room but nicer and better equipped, perfect for 1-3 people. We had 2 in our party. I would stay here again and recommend this property.

ISLANDER EAST HIGHRISE

Entry was super easy. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. Didn't get to enjoy the balcony due to severe thunderstorms, but it looked like it was nice and with the perfect chairs. Unit had plenty of towels and the kitchen nook was well adorned. We didn't want for anything, other than the rain to stop. Overall, our trip was successful as we were able to do all that we had planned. I would suggest this unit because it was really nice.

Perfect Vacation

Great place to stay with family. Low key location away from crowds, pristine beaches, good fishing, excellent views, close to downtown. Room was perfect for family of 4. Clean rooms and all the necessities provided was a nice touch. Pool, pickleball, grills on site, laundry, vending machines, etc. this place is truly a hidden gem.

All was good except for the fact that it took 30 minutes to get a door code to open the door. I literally called 4 times and left voice messages as well as sent an email. No one would answer the phone if I pressed #1 (for people staying at a rental) yet they answered first time when I pressed #4 (to list a house for sale). Interesting.

Excellent view of Gulf. Clean beaches Great apartment. Challenge getting into door. Lock difficult to operate. Could not get TV remote to work as directed. Great air conditioning. Richard at front desk was great help!!!

The property management gave me wrong check in codes 3 times. Apparently there was problems with the entry device which they knew in advance. Also there was a strong mold odor as soon as I entered.There was visible mold in bathtub at caulking. The owner had decorated it so cute, but the bed and couch were hard. Islander East property itself including staff was otherwise very good considering the age. Spectacular sunrise view.

Easy last minute holiday

Husband and I booked this little room as a last minute vacation/babymoon. We enjoyed the ease of check in/out and the friendly staff.. the beach was lovely and less busy on that side. The room was clean and cute. We would come back again!

Perfect Location

Everything about the property was fantastic. They didn't have any paperwork about my stay at check in but it was sorted out quickly. Amenties were good, beds were very comfortable, and the beach was easily accessible and quiet. Will definitely stay again

Horrible Stay

The place was old, crowded with furniture, the bed was hard and we could not sleep, the sofa was hard, dirty and uncomfortable, the shower was clean but so slippery and there were no safety bars to hold on to making showering difficult, we were given half roll of toilet paper and no other, the outdoor chairs were hard and uncomfortable making even sitting on the balcony unenjoyable. The worst part is that my husband and I never left the property because we became so ill that we went home early! We spent a great deal of money on this vacation property and were completely unsatisfied!
