「It was a 7 minute (0.4 mile) walk to Pleasure Pier which was the most important feature for our stay. The ac was nice & cold. Since our time was packed & busy, we didn’t get to swim in the pool but it looked clean & my daughter tried out the hot tub. The problem was the bed. It appeared fine until it was sat on. It was broken on one side & would go down just on that side. We picked it up, set it on the legs & made it work by sleeping on the other side that wasn’t broken. The Kuerig lid needs...

「We had a wonderful stay at this property in Galveston! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The view from the balcony did not disappoint either. It had all the amenities we needed to make our stay relaxing and convenient, from the pool, laundry area, to the comfortable living space. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach. One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent communication from the host. They were responsive,...

「I do not recommend this rental for the price, It smelled like mold, very musky, the listing on Virbo stated “laundry”, but there was no place to wash clothes ((traveled with children @ the beach!)), holes in the wall, paint chipped on the walls, the PVC pipe leaked constantly in the shower celling. While taking a shower, cold water dripped on me, and an elevator was broken. We tried to carry luggage up the stairs, my daughter cut her leg and was bleeding, so I called the front desk and they...

「I don’t usually do reviews on places, but….The condo was so much smaller than expected. The amenities were also deceiving and some were not provided. It says there is a refrigerator and ice maker. There was a mini fridge with no freezer or ice maker. There is a 2 burner stove top that definitely needs instructions. We couldn’t get it to turn on so the burgers and tater tots we brought were ruined. There is not an oven, dishwasher or grill provided. A total of 2 towels with no extras. We assumed...
