“I have to be honest and say I thought the area looked a little sketchy at first getting to the property but I was pleasantly surprised as we got closer and I felt safe in the area. It was a nice, convenient drive to the George R. Brown Convention center which was our reason for visiting the area. The only thing that I would say is if you are used to sleeping in a dark room you may want to bring an eye mask as the bedroom is right by the front door and the neighbor's light was shining through……

“This worked out well for me. I was in town for a 3-day convention at the GRB. The total cost here was about what 1 night cost downtown and I avoided the $45/day parking. I used the nearby Leeland/Third Ward MetroRail station which is 2 stops from the GRB. There is a concrete slab from a torn down building that I used to park next to the station. I had no problem parking on the street while staying at the Green Tiny House.
Though it is not listed in the property amenities, there was a coffee……
