“Great location. Quiet and cozy! ”

“Smells like pee, the Pac-Man machine is real, the parking is terrible, the neighborhood is sketchy, and the unit honestly smells like pee. Also, it’s a guesthouse not a full house. I’m pretty sure someone will be watching you. ”

“Fun little apartment right by the beach, great place for 1 or 2 people. Cute luttle dog welcomeing party They gave a great greenhouse and pool area. Would stay again!”

“I was really kind of disappointed in this rental. The unit looks dated, the paint was chipped/dirty/sloppy. The doors did not close properly, neither did drawers. The master bed needs a box spring. It is way to low to the floor and hard to get in and out of. The blinds were broken. The master bedroom had cheap curtains that covered a large sliding door and did not block hardly any light at night. The rental stated that golf carts were available for rent (which we rented) but then we found out……

“Located within walking distance to everything downtown! Property is so well maintained too. There wasn't sand or rust on everything. They actually clean the room & fluff pillows between guests. Place is picture perfect & bed is memory foam. Soaps/coffee/hairdryer/speaker/iron included.”

“It felt like walking into a family or friends home. So warm and welcoming. If we had forgotten to bring anything...no worries. The cottage is fully stocked with things you didn’t expect or even know you’d need! We enjoyed all the unique decor that prompted many conversations. My husband enjoyed looking through the recipe boxes he found and even made copies of some of them. If we ever find ourselves back in the Houston area, this is exactly where we’ll be staying. The location and quaint……
