「The customer service upon check in was amazing. The shuttle driver was absolutely THE WORST! I have never felt so disrespected. The hotel does not deserve a zero but the shuttle driver should not be a front facing customer support. HORRIBLE FOR BUSINESS」

「Had the most wonderful stay at harborwalk Lodge. It's owned by the nicest and most accommodating couple, David and Patricia. Patricia is a chef and made us the most delicious breakfasts. The place is immaculate and is decorated nicely. We had the whole place to ourselves. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed. If we are ever in the area, we will be staying here. 」
