Butterfly Beach is a Galveston condo at the Victorian Condominium Resort. This inviting beautifully designed open floor plan features a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo on the 3rd floor and boasts amazing beach and pool views. Resort living and close to everything Galveston Island has to offer!

Galveston Beaches are open with social distancing guidelines in place! Escape to a peaceful beach setting with plenty of resort amenities. Grab your beach towels and walk across the street for the perfect day at the beach or take the elevators down and lounge by one of the two pools. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony while soaking in the breathtaking views! Relax and let your worries melt away…you’re on island time. Butterfly Beach condo is the perfect vacation rental for a small family, friends getaway or couples retreat.

Butterfly Beach Condo is well appointed with amenities including coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, oven, convection cooktop, pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses, cutting board, and a full-size refrigerator. The sofa has a queen size fold out mattress, a sleeping nook with bunk beds including memory foam mattresses, and the bedroom has a Tempur-pedic double size mattress. Views, amenities and a good nights sleep!

Guests of the Victorian Condominium Resort are required to check-in at the lobby and purchase a parking permit for $35 plus tax per vehicle at the time of check-in.

Regarding COVID-19:
To add a layer of security, extra precautions are being taken to disinfect with a combination of Purell Surface Disinfectant(ethyl alcohol based-no rinsing), bleach, Clorox wipes, Lysol concentrate & Lysol spray. Special attention is being paid to areas of high contact, (light switches, remote controls, handles & doorknobs, faucets, etc).

Linens and towels are laundered using high heat to eliminate bacteria/germs and are cleaned with a specific set equipment set aside for only our condo to prevent cross-contamination.

Additional rules:
Strict NO smoking and NO Pet Policy. NO smoking of any kind is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. This includes vape devices and/or cannabis. Guests will be charged a $500 minimum cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking is detected.

Paradise Cove pool features a water drop mushroom and zero depth entry and is also heated during winter months to be enjoyed year round.
