This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath beachfront home sleeps up to 16 guests and offers sweeping Gulf views, direct beach access, and plenty of space to relax—perfect for family vacations and unforgettable coastal getaways.

Step onto the spacious, partially enclosed covered deck and take in panoramic views of the sand and sea. A fenced outdoor area offers room to unwind or play, while a private walkover gives you instant access to the beach. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Parking is easy with room for four vehicles on the ground level.

First thing our son-in-law said when we arrived was, "the view is amazing!" He was right. It's a beautiful, clean house. The management company was easy to communicate with (Ryson). We've never rented from a company before, but it was a good experience. Having the elevator was a must for me but everyone enjoyed having it for moving things into and out of the house. It worked great! Beach access is terrific - you're right there! There's even an access road right by the house if you want to drive down to the beach. The only thing I would say is, if you are a portly person or someone with mobility issues, don't even try to use the shower in the downstairs master! Use the upstairs master shower. It's the one really intended for handicap access!Everything was clean, comfortable, accessible, and we would definitely stay at this house again!

This is a quiet area with absolutely beautiful views! The elevator was a HUGE area of interest for us as we have a traveler who cannot handle many stairs. The elevator goes all the way up to the 3rd floor and there is a master with en suite and a powder room on the main floor. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed the access to the beach and the ability to just walk back and forth for food and drinks and not have to pack it all to the beach with us. We also loved sitting on the deck and watching the sun set and then watching the moon rise from the big windows in the living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms perfect amount for us and the beds were comfortable. Also enjoyed rinsing sand off on the walk way and outside shower. Overall it was a wonderful family vacation. Thank you for all you did to make our stay fun and comfortable.

End of summer vacation.

The house was great, and having an elevator available was awesome. The weather on the other hand was awful, it rained most of the time, and it was very windy, which made the ocean water too cold. Great property and would definitely book again. Family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and a few enjoyed golf at Moody Gardens Golf Course. House was clean and as advertised.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time and will be back! We enjoyed having coffee and drinks on the 2 large patios with beautiful views of the water. The beach is easy to access with a walkway over the dunes, and was very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed with a huge table and plenty of seats at the bar. The house was incredibly neat and clean! Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. It was nice having a master down with the other bedrooms up as we didn’t want to have to climb stairs. The elevator was also a plus as we unpacked and brought things to the second floor. The only problem we had was the dryer did not work, but we didn’t realize until the night before we left so in fairness we didn’t give them the opportunity or heads up to fix it. Gary Greene rentals provided great instructions to the house, checking in and out was super easy and the house was more than we expected. Overall great place and will be back!

Great Location, Spacious But Needs Some Attention

The house was in a great location, just a few steps away from the beach either by the walkway over the dunes or the access road right next to the place. There was plenty of parking. The rooms and common area where very spacious and accommodated a traveling party of 15 family members. But, there were some issues that we had to deal with while there. First, the dryer was not drying very well and was giving off a foul odor. I cleaned out the vent hose which had a lot of sludge in it. After that it was ok. The upstairs suite restroom needs to have instructions on how to operate the shower, very confusing. Lastly, there were not enough towels so we constantly had to wash the bathing towels. Even with this, this was a great place and we still had a great time. And yes we would stay there again.

Beautiful home with an elevator!

Everything was great about this beach house! Elevator was a plus to take up heavy ice chests! One recommendation for the owner. Open bottom floor garage door to allow parking for one car underneath the house. All houses I have stayed at allowed that option. That would ease up on the parking choices. Beautiful home!

Amazing stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhaven! The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Coffee maker is a pot with filter not a keurig for future guests. The beds were very comfortable. Something worth noting that is not in the description is there is a lift elevator from the ground floor to the third floor. I can’t tell you how. nice it was to not have to carry all your stuff up three flights of stairs. The house is right on the beach with great views from all rooms. Would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Fabulous weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay! Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable and clean! The elevator was a bonus- so nice not lugging coolers and luggage up the stairs! We’d love to return!!
