We had a great time. The location was perfect. The condo is right on the beach and the pool/hot tub was great. Everyone was friendly and it was perfect for our family of 5. We had an issue with the combination when we arrived, but the customer service number fixed the problem in a few minutes.

Needs Basic Updates

This unit was clean, had a good view of the gulf, and was small but fit our needs for 6 people. I notified Vacasa the next morning when we discovered the toilet in the master bathroom wouldn’t quit running on its own after flushing. We had to use a glass & fill the tank with 5 glasses worth of water to get it to stop running, every single time we used it. I sent a 30 second video to Vacasa guest service email as requested. No one came by to fix it during our 4 day stay. There is a tile that was cracked when we got there, at the corner by the bunk beds. Each time we stepped on it in the middle of the night, it felt like a soft spot. There are also soft spots in the master bedroom close to the patio door, & the queen bedroom. There needs to be more towels & washcloths than what were provided, we washed towels every day while there. The beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. Air conditioner worked great. The patio doors were hard to open and shut. Furthest away from elevators.

Relaxing Rental

We really enjoyed this rental. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The place was cozy and clean. We loved having ocean views from 2 balconies. The pool was great too. There was a private access ramp to the beach just for those on the property. We felt very safe with the groups of people staying there and the security guard on premises. The customer service was incredible. If I had any issues, I texted them and they immediately responded and were so pleasant. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This condo and the entire property was exactly what we expected from the pics and description! It was perfect for our family! We loved sitting on the balconies watching and listening to the waves! It had everything we needed inside and the beach access was great. We did the beach during the day and the pool at night. Will definitely be back!

Clean, cozy and sooooo easily accessible to the beach

We have stayed at the Seaside Condos before. Though, not in a 2 bedroom. We love this resort b/c it's right on the beach. It's fairly private. It's family friendly. This specific condo was clean and well equipped. Absolutely LOVED all of the windows in the master. The only suggestion, black out curtains in the secondary bedroom. The exterior lights for the complex shine right in the windows, and the blinds do not help much. Otherwise, GREAT family condo/get away.

Good beach rental

I really enjoyed this beach rental. Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Enough space for us to spread out and sleep. Basic necessities available for cooking and cleaning pans/dishes. I had purchased late check out but I guess it wasn't communicated so someone was banging at my door like the police at 10 am, which was very aggressive and uncalled for. 2 decks was nice. Pool was nice. Hot tubs were nice. I would stay again
