Bikinis and martinis!

The property was clean and the balcony had an amazing view! We were close to the pools and close to everything! Right on the fringe of the busiest part of seawall Blvd so it was easy to get in and out of! Checkout process was simple and we loved our stay! Property owner checked in with us to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!

Great vacation.

My grand twins had a wonderful time visiting the beach for the first time. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Im glad we were told about the construction at the front of the building or I would have been concerned upon first entering. The location was near everything we had planned for the week. We ate in a few days and dined out a few times. The information in the convo notebook was very helpful. Kids played with the games and sand toys. We would def do it again. Only thing I would change would be to provide TP, paper towels and dishwasher tablets based on length of stay.

This will be the 4th time we stay here. I love the way its so easy to check in and all the employees there are very nice and helpful. The condos are always clean and ready for your stay. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Definitely staying here again in the future.

PERFECT Getaway!

Rented as a long weekend getaway to celebrate my granddaughters sweet 16. The bunks were perfect for her young siblings and the bedrooms we great in both size and comfort! The host was fantastic in communicating and checkin was eqsy. Highly recommend this for your next stay!

Nice dog friendly older condo with great pool and close to Moody Gardens

My wife and I stayed at this condo for my 65th birthday. It is an older property, but the positives were that is was close to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. You can walk to the beach. The main pool is very large and clean. You can also walk to the go-cart track and video arcade. The condo was perfect for us. You can see the beach from the balcony and it was also a very quiet room. The property manager is very attentive through out the entire experience. I would highly recommend this Condo.

Our stay at Eat Beach and Sleep condo was wonderful! Condo was very clean and literally had everything we could ever need in the condo alone! Property was full of amenities, has no issues with anyone. Donna was great! The only issue about the property and not the condo would have been the elevator was broke down the majority of our stay which is a problem when your on the 3rd floor. But overall the condo was Beautoful and tastefully decorated and we will go again!

Mimi's and grandaughters

The condo was older, but nice. Worked well for our family. Smaller bar stools and get rid of the table inside would make it easier to make out the couch bed. If you havev lots of girls, remember to bring more toilet paper! Property is being renovated, but did not affect this condo. Overall, very good for a 5 girls trip.
