The space layout worked perfectly for our group. Letting the kids take the front room and the adults take the back rooms meant when the kids got up and made food in the middle of the night, we couldn’t hear them. It was an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a great experience.

Nice home and great neighborhood

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. Very clean and everything you need for a week or two at the beach is included here. Enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing

The property was relaxing, amazing, and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was clean and had everything you need for a vacation. The entire vacation was perfect. The only thing I would change was our neighbors. We stayed for 4 nights. The first two nights the house next door, to our right, had young kids, some high school some college. No adults. They partied all night. Loud music until 3am. I thought this was a family oriented neighborhood. I wasnt expecting this. It was spring break though. I would still rent the place. It was a great location, a great place, and a great experience. I would recommend to everyone. Just be prepared if it is spring break.

Family beach weekend

This home is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds and wonderful air conditioning. Be sure to read the rental agreement carefully so you’ll know what you need to bring as far as paper goods.

trundle beds ??

The 2 bedrooms with the trundle beds need to be rearranged. One could not be pulled out because it was too close to the other bed and the other, if pulled out, blocked the doorway to the bathroom.

Location was amazing. Be prepared to bring your own Toilet Paper

Location - great! Communication w/ property mgmt - great! Amenities/Supplies - so not great. I should have read reviews I guess, but I didn't realize we would need to stop by the store and get toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags before we even arrived. Everything was so limited that it was kind of a pain. Even hotels provide toilet paper... come on! It just feels like the property management company is doing the VERY LEAST to make their guests comfortable. If they had supplied the necessities, this would be a 5 star rating.

Nice House!

We were pleasantly surprised. The house was cute and CLEAN! Big concern for me as we had young children with us and we weren't disappointed. Plenty of room and amenities. The neighborhood was nice and the people were friendly (some people waved as you passed by) Will book again if in the area.

Nice home

Home was missing some essential things such as knifes, wine glasses, regular glasses, and hair dryer. Also check out is a bit to early. Should be more like 11-12pm.

Wonderful Retreat!

This house was perfect for our two families for an extended weekend vacation. Plenty of room for cousins to play, adults to hang out, play games outside, and everyone had a bed. Everything was clean and the property manager was incredibly responsive. The only downside was that the house was a pretty long walk from the beach, so we plan on renting a golf cart next time. We would definitely seek out renting this house again if we can.

Booking was very easy. Great follow up communications with Gary Greene Vacation Rentals prior to our stay and even afterwards. Great location to all activities. Home was also very well furnished. Family loved the rental.

Great neighborhood and beach

We had a great time at Casa de Reyes. It was a great neighborhood with convenient beach access from almost every street. We brought our golf cart, which was extremely helpful since this house is a few blocks from beach access. Walking and carrying stuff every day would have been difficult, and driving our car to the access point would have meant lots of sand in the vehicle. If you have a golf cart, bring it! The property guide never came up when I booked. We had to go through Gary Greene Vacations portal to fInfo out all that was available. We called them for clarification on a couple of items, and they were great about answering our questions. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kids had a blast. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. We Would definitely go back.

Great house, needs some additional items

We had a fun time at Casa de Reyes after our spring break trip was cancelled due to COVID19. A few comments about the house- the sheets and towels were awful. I felt like I was sleeping in tissue paper- super thin, scratchy and wouldn't stay on the bed. The toothbrush hold was nasty at the bottom. It made me think it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen is a nice space but is lacking essentials/ has limited quantity of items. I went and bought a new fry pan becuase the one there was nasty.
