we first opened the doors to this property and found out that there was like a mold smell as well as not being able to use the downstairs bathrooms or either sinks. They filled up with water, and there was a foul smell when you flush the toilet from upstairs it basically made the downstairs bathroom water rise. It was quite disgusting. I jumped into Mom mowed and got cleaning products. I still have not been compensated for nor have they taken off a dime for us not being able to use the kitchen for two days or the downstairs bathroom. It was during Christmas so our holidays were completely ruined and we spent a lot of money eating out and we ended up not even using the food that we brought to make. This is a very dirty compounded situation everywhere you look things are compounded. They have a ice chest in the living room with boxes on it. It is definitely not a place for family if it was for two teenagers yes. I stayed seven days very disappointed with this property, as well as talking to the Maintenance that told us that the owners were well aware that the toilets weren’t working as well as the sink we had to then get the Maintenance person inside the property that we were staying at for approximately five hours, which it was during Christmas.
