Galveston get away

The property was lovely. We have stayed at Galveston before..often in December before our yearly cruise. We have never stayed "in town". It was quiet and clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Central to downtown and within waking distance to pretty much everything. Clean and neat apartment in an older building. I only stayed one night but would definitely be comfortable staying longer.

This property was in the perfect location, near the strand. the property itself was quiet and clean. I also thought i was going to have trouble finding parking since it is street parking and we were coming and going often, but we had no issues at all!! The bed was super comfy and the sheets were clean! Most importantly, the communication with Beach Box was excellent! Will definitely be booking again in the near future!

Everything was wonderful! The house was very clean and check in process was very smooth. It’s a very safe location, the entry door locks from the outside after you’re inside and you can only get in with a code! The only small complain I have was the construction noise a few buildings down the place which can be heard in the morning but other than that it was a beautiful stay!!

The unit is on the 3rd floor, for those of you who don't care to climb stairs. The building and unit had a lot of charm, which what I was looking for. There were plenty of shopping and good restaurants just around the corner. I will stay in the building again, but probably on the second floor.

Loved this loft!

I made a quick trip to Galveston, and this is the first time I've stayed downtown. I loved the location and the loft itself. I was a little worried about parking, but it wasn't a problem because I spent most of the day out and about. I was able to find parking very close for the evening. The loft had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I would definitely choose this place again!

Lovely little place

This was our second time to stay in this building. It’s very old, but beautiful and well maintained. It was in a great location. We were able to walk a few blocks to grab a coffee for breakfast. There were also bikes available that we could have used. This place was perfect for our one night stay. Parking can be a little tricky, but it wasn’t terrible. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Room is nice, plenty of space, close walking distance to downtown. The floor is squeaky, bedroom light and fan comes on and off by itself. That might be because of the remote used to control the functions picking up signals from other apartments or a friendly ghost but wasn’t a huge deal.

Cozy and Clean

Great location in Galveston. Love the historical elements of the apt, like the hardwood floors and doors! Comfy and clean. I would of like more blankets (they only had blankets on the bed) for my son, he was sleeping on the couch. Please note the elevator did not work, so we had to carry all of luggage up 2 flights of stairs - if you have physical limitations then this is problematic. I also hit my head on the counter behind the couch when I sat down, was sore for several days. Overall, we would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, there was no information in the listing to tell us that we would be on the third floor and without any elevator. My wife has some handicap issues and it made it very difficult for us.
