A comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped space with a good view of the bay from the balcony. Also very close to a wide array of restaurants and stores.

Easy check in, very clean. Only problem was bed frame in master bedroom on backwards so frame stuck out at foot of bed and keep running into the frame.

Perfect Family Time!

This was the perfect place for me to enjoy my two Grandchildren during their Spring Break. Check in went smoothly, parking was easy and the condo itself was excellent! The kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple of meals. We all slept soundly. My Grandkids loved the built in bunk beds! The elevators made it easy to transport suitcases and supplies. My seven year old Grandson walked out on the balcony several times during our stay to marvel over the beauty of our ocean view! We could hear the waves. The kids played in the warm pool for hours! We played lots of board games on the one chilly(ish) day. Communiction with the hosts was always quick. Now we have to figure out a time to return! This is a great unit for quality family time. Thank you for having us!

This condo was amazing! The view was perfect and the furniture was very comfortable. The staff was very friemdly and helpful. The pool was a bit crowded but perfect anyways. The lovation couldnt be better, between the view of the beach to the distance to everything, it was amazing in every way.

We use Galveston as a place to stay for our MD Anderson appointments in Houston, the 50 minute drive is worth it. Nice balcony with Ocean view. It was very relaxing.

The response to our initial issue (fire alarm chirping) was addressed immediately and professionally, with a personal touch of kindness.Our last day / night was extremely challenging to rest and sleep due to the noise of the hallway air conditioner.It is overly loud and slightly vibrates the bedroom.

Some amenities lacking

I did not like that I was only given one spare roll of toilet paper and had to bring my own. I also had to bring my own paper towels. The kitchen was extremely small and did not have a dishwasher. This caused me to need to buy disposable dishes and utensils. I did not want to wash every dish before I used it, and did not trust that the people before me had washed the dishes with hot water and soap. The TV was not smart. I was not able to watch any of my apps. The TV also did not have a guide. This made it very hard to watch TV.
