Nestled in the heart of Jamaica Beach, Pelican Paradise offers an idyllic escape for families and travelers seeking relaxation and adventure by the sea. This charming 2-bedroom plus additional main level room, 1.5-bath home invites you to unwind amidst its modern comforts and enjoy the unparalleled proximity to the stunning beachfront.

Weather event cancellations - eligible for refunds when weather or conditions result in a mandatory evacuation order or large-scale outage of essential utilities. Note June through November is considered high storm and hurricane potential season. Travel insurance is recommended - although ensure you are aware of covered conditions.

OCCUPANCY - For a comfortable stay and per the home rules, maximum of 4 guests ages 18+ (booking guest 25+). Maximum number of total guests including children is 6. An additional charge of $25 per night is charged for guests (including children) exceeding 5. An additional fee of $50 per guest will be charged if the number of over-night guests exceeds the number on the reservation and/or eviction without a refund. Exceeding property max will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day (to 9pm) is 8 including children. Unregistered guests are not permitted in the pool due to insurance reasons.

PARKING - the home can accommodate three vehicles. Parking on the street or grass is not permitted.

Note that the downstairs room (twin trundle and 1/2 bathroom) is not connected to the upstairs so is not suitable for unattended young children to stay.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, able to provide government issued photo ID, and have completed the verification process on the booking platform OR have at least one 5-star guest review. NO third-party bookings permitted. The primary guest that books must be at the home for all the nights.

The unheated private pool is typically available (warm enough to swim in) between April and September (exact dates based on weather). There are no guarantees that the pool will be available considering potential repairs and/or weather-related reasons. Note that the community pool does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day weekend.

PETS - fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 60 lbs each - no exceptions. Pet fee is $60 per dog per stay. Only dogs allowed - no other types of pets.

We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Note the backyard is fully fenced - perfect for your furbabies!

Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.

ADDITIONAL FEES

An additional fee of $200 will be charged for smoking inside the house either upstairs or downstairs.

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the downstairs supplies room.
