Pool & Ocean views! Fun Vibe! Dog Friendly
The Maravilla has one of the largest pools on Galveston Island! There are 3 pools, one heated a hot tub and exercise room with ocean view! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower. Seahorse Corral is a fun place to be with colorful sophisticated décor! Beginning with the primary bedroom you will enjoy a direct entrance to the balcony. Take in the view from your comfortable king bed. You will relax in your private ensuite bath with shower. Enjoy the smart TV from your bed. The guest bedroom features a queen bed where you can enjoy watching your favorite shows on the provided DirectTV or streaming. The guest bath with tub shower combination is just across the hall.
In that hallway are the twin bunks for kids and grownups alike. Next is the AMAZING kitchen with a stylish stainless hood above the stove rarely seen in condos. Provided is all the cooking essentials you will need with dishes, utensils, & drinkware too. A beach trip wouldn't be complete without a shrimp boil and a boil pot is included! Keurig and drip coffee makers are there for your morning coffee out on the balcony taking in the lovely pool and ocean views! The expansive kitchen bar is a place you will dine on the 4 comfortable bar stools. The den is so unique with a velour teal sofa with chaise. Under the large smart TV is a unique dining/game table that tucks away when you are not in use. The balcony is where you can sit and read your favorite book on the bar height stools or the wicker chairs and loveseat. The views are beautiful of the main pool (one of the largest on Galveston Island) and see waves in the ocean beyond the pool.
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!
***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is no where near this condo.
We provide 4 beach chairs and an umbrella.
Winter Texans! We offer long term winter rates for Fall and Winter every year. Simply add a 30 day or more stay and the discount is automatically added to your quote.

BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
You will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.
This condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd for access to the wonderful beach. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmys on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf. There is a handy guide in the condo with all of our favorite restaurants and things to do.
Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
THE FINE PRINT:
Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking to keep the reservation.
Security Deposit Required Up To $300. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card.
No smoking in the condo or the balconies.
Parties are prohibited. The complex enforces quiet time between 10pm and 8am.
Minimum renter age is 25 and is strictly enforced. Drivers license is required.
GLITTER may not be used anywhere in the condo. You will lose your deposit if glitter is found.
NO garbage may be left outside of the condo. Garbage must be placed in the receptacles in the parking lots. If we are fined by the complex we will pass it on to you.
Pets, when approved, must go to pet relief areas at the complex and must be kenneled if left alone in the condo.
Must pay the non-refundable pet fee which is $150 provided in quote.
Violation of any house rule will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund.
