this was the cleanest property we've ever stayed at.we had a great time and all interactions with you guys were great! The view was all i wanted it to be.I do have a few observations about the property:The fridge next to the sink SUCKS!!! I turned it off because we couldn't get it to stop beeping. We only used the other fridge which worked well. The locking bar for the sliding door is broken. it still works but needs a little finagling to get it in position. There were only 3 brandy glasses in the cabinet. the label says 4. One of the chairs on the patio has a crack halfway through one of the arms.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony view of the beach was great. The location is in perfect proximity to everything around. The host was very quick in communicating. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was not ready at 4pm as the cleaning crew was still there, so we had to wait in the hall for 15 min. Not a big deal but given we were only there for one night, we wanted to start doing stuff and not sit around waiting in the maid. We were also surprised to pay 25 for parking one night. With tax was almost 30. I guess I missed that in the listing. Also, in order to have the door code activated, I had to text a selfie with my credit card. Even though I was able to cover my credit card, it was odd to me. Further, if you are a non-smoker and want to enjoy the patio, don’t get this place. There are other people smoking away on their decks and the smoke carries so a non-smoker can’t enjoy a smoke-free patio. Lastly, there is a refrigerator/freezer drawer until that did not work and beeped all night. The owner said to push the bottom drawer and make sure everything was closed. We did this and it kept beeping. We lost our freezer goods but thanks fully there was another refrigerator in the bar. Probably would not stay here again as there are many more options.

Amazing location

As the title says, the location is perfect. Best views. Windows and walls are thick so we slept like babies. Casa del sol pools are clean, nice and not crowded. The unit is nice, clean and had everything we needed.

Cozy stay with easy access to beach!

Great option for a Galveston vacation! Super easy access to the beach, grocery stores, and Galveston favorites! The unit was clean, well-kept, and stocked with all the things we needed. The property was super nice as well and the pools were relaxing and a great way to cool off after a hot day at the beach. The owners were quite responsive and flexible - as a car wreck delayed our arrival until very late and they were understanding and assured us that it was not a problem.I will say, the condo is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Our family of 4 with one on the way was a bit tight sometimes, but it was workable - and I don't know if it could have been arranged any differently and still have the ameneties that it did. Beautiful place to get away for the week.

Great complex and location

We stayed in one of the units facing the seawall. The unit is perfect for a couple or a couple and a small child. Really no complaints at all. The owner was super responsive to any question we had. The only negative is the noise from the seawall because it's at 61st and Seawall. Busy intersection. But that's not the fault of the owner. We would stay here again.

Great view

Communication with the property manager made the process very easy. Checkin was simple and the condo was exactly what we expected. It’s small but has everything you need to cook and enjoy a few days overlooking the beach. Everything was super clean and the beds were comfy. My only critique would be that it’s about time to update the pillows, but we slept well and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful sunrise

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is in an excellent location and the beach view is amazing from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!! Only thing missing was an extra roll of toilet paper; we only had the one on the holder. Everything else was well stocked.

Our December weekend

We enjoyed the condo very much and loved the view from the balcony. The main bed's mattress is a bit soft, but otherwise everything was superb.
