Charming, fun property that's well located

This nicely appointed bungalow has a fabulous interior decor that reflects on your beach proximity. The private pool was an awesome feature because we had tropical storm Alberto show up and stay for most of our visit making beachfront not an option. The place is totally as advertised with all amenities and more, and local host Paul was a great asset and very responsive. We will visit here again soon.

I wish I could have stayed in the home more! Very beautiful and had everything we needed.The kids and myself loved the pool just wish it was earlier check in . Great place!

Great small house and pool. But view and location not good in my opinion. No ocean view.

This is a lovely property for two people. There are two bedrooms, but it is a small house. Location is walking distance to seawall, but there is no ocean view from house. pool is great and very private.

Perfect Getaway

At first, we had trouble entering the home. The owner was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The home was comforting with all essentials needed. The pool was a perfect addition to the home. We'll definitely come back!!!!

We love everything about this place - the location, the decor, and of course the pool. It’s also a two block walk to the beach. It is now our favorite Galveston getaway.

What a lovely and beautifully updated slice of Heaven! The pool was perfection; the deck with great chairs, clean and comfortably set up… Everything from kitchen niceties soft and plush sleeping pillows and bed linens! we never wanted to leave! 5 stars from our group.

Perfect family vacation spot

We had the best time at this bungalow! We wanted to do a little beach vacation with our 3 year old before our 2nd baby arrives in August and it was the perfect house for that. Walking distance to the beach and Gaidos was awesome. Our favorite was the pool in the back, we loved it. Our toddler loved sleeping in the bunk bed and the full size bed for my husband and I was really comfortable. The neighborhood looks a little rough but we had no issues. The owner was quick to respond if we had an issues/questions. We will be coming back and highly recommend it! Perfect for a family of 3-4 wanting to get away for a few days.

This is the cutest little beach house! It was perfect for my family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids and small dog *extra pet fee to be paid (but I did know and paid prior to check in, but it shows pet free on VRBO). The pool was very nice and exactly what we were anticipating. The pool has a privacy fence around it, lights for when it’s dark and the pool itself lights up. Everything we could have needed, was there as expected! Gave the neighborhood 4 stars just because there’s a lot of homeless/mentally ill in that area and I had some concerns about my vehicle being left outside at night, but thankfully nothing happened! There’s also a vacant house next door, but we could nonstop hear people through the fence, so not sure what was going on there, but they never bothered us. It is close to everything and super easy to find. Check in and out process was very simple and host communicates well. Thank you! ***photo I added is slightly distorted to remove my kids***
