The best villa we have stayed in the 20years that we have been coming to tuscany. It was well equipped with plenty of room inside and outside. The hostess was very accomodating but also left us to get on with our holiday

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Jugendgruppe sehr genossen, Haus und Umgebung waren top. Das einzige war, dass das Haus sehr stark parfümiert war und die Lüftung teilweise unangenehm gerochen hat. Außerdem war die Küche recht spärlich ausgestattet. Ansonsten alles gut.

tolle Lage, nette Vermieter, absolut top

Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Villa Elisa und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Die Villa liegt allein auf einem großen Grundstück, umgeben von Weinbergen und absolut ruhig. Die Vermieter wohnen am Ende der Straße, aber gute 500m entfernt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, was bei der Hitze von enormem Vorteil ist. Der Pool ist riesig, kühl und sauber (wird täglich gereinigt) und die Vermieter sind für Fragen immer erreichbar. Zu beachten ist, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus über einen sehr holprigen Feldweg geht. Mit unseren "normalen" Autos war das schon schwer zu bewältigen, ein Sportwagen würde bestimmt öfters aufsetzen. Vermisst haben wir lediglich einige Küchenutensilien, wie z.B. einen Wasserkocher und eine richtige Kaffeemaschine (es ist nur eine ganz kleine Filtermaschine für 1 Tasse da). Ansonsten absolut super und auch den nicht ganz so günstigen Preis wert!

Maison spacieuse idéalement située en Toscane mais non recommandée pour des enfants en bas âge

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la Toscane, proche de San Gimignano et du très joli village de Certaldo. La maison est spacieuse, les chambres sont grandes et les salles de bain nombreuses. En revanche, la cuisine n'est absolument pas adaptée, peu de plan de travail, frigo trop petit, cafetière pour 2 personnes (compliqué les petits déj quand on est 10 !!!), une seule poubelle minuscule alors qu'il faut faire le tri carton / plastique / verre / organique. Quelques odeurs nauséabondes dues à une fosse septique trop pleine probablement. L'extérieur offre une très belle vue sur la campagne Toscane mais la terrasse et le mobilier nécessiteraient un petit rafraîchissement. La piscine n'est pas de première jeunesse et n'est absolument pas adaptée pour des enfants en bas âge, il faut faire plus d'1m60 pour avoir pied et elle n'est pas sécurisée. Les propriétaires ont été charmants durant notre séjour et ont eu la gentille attention de nous déposer des oeufs frais un matin mais pas très flexibles sur les conditions de réservation (nous avions initialement réservé pour 6 et ça a été compliqué d'ajouter 4 personnes supplémentaires alors que la maison est bien pour 10 personnes) Pensez au répulsif anti-moustiques indispensable si vous souhaitez dîner dehors !

Prachtig gelegen tussen wijngaarden en olijfgaarden op 750 m van de weg. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Prachtig groot zwembad. Minpunten zijn de eeerder beperkte keuken, 1 koelkast is te weinig voor een grote groep

Traumhafte toskanische Villa mit riesigem Pool

Location, location: much privacy and great views. Comfort can be improved further.

This lovely house is completed surrounded by vineyards and top tourist attractions such as Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Sienna and Volterra are all within 1 hour driving’s distance. It is an old farm building, furnished with traditional furniture and a great, large outside pool. Beds are OK and everything is clean. The owners are living nearby and were extremely kind and cooperative without being intrusive. Room for improvement: water pressure and water heating is hardly up for the job. From time to time you smell the sewer a bit. And all bed rooms have only electric fans and no A/C, which was not so pleasant after hot days. Kitchen is small and especially the fridge is too small when 8 or more people are using the house. Having the garbage stored so close to the deck/patio is not great either: smelly and it attracts many flies. As everywhere in Tuscany, mosquitos are a problem. Especially in the bedroom on the ground floor. But the owners solved this issue swiftly for us by providing a mosquito net and electrical mosquito deterrents. But I guess this is all part of the country-side charm. We had a good time and enjoyed the stay in Villa Elisa a lot!

Oasi di relax nella campagna toscana

La villa é un oasi di relax, immersa nella campagna toscana, ma a breve distanza da centri abitati ben equipaggiati. Se si vuole stare fermi c'è la piscina oppure in poche decine di km ci sono centri urbani di grande interesse storico culturale. La casa é ampia e ben fornita con 5 camere e 4 bagni. All'esterno forse non guasterebbe una doccia all'aperto vicino alla piscina. Consigliato il percorso a piedi della Francigena da Gambassi a S. Gimignano.

Splendida vacanza

La villa è fantastica, non manca nulla, ideale per chi vuole tranquillità ma al tempo stesso vicino a molti paesi/città da visitare: Certaldo, Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra. Molto disponibile la proprietaria e al tempo stesso non invadente. Unica pecca il caldo ma sono previsti ventilatori in tutte le camere. Piscina stupenda.

Un oasi di serenità e benessere nel cuore della Toscana

La Villa si presenta così come viene accuratamente descritta. Dotata di tutti i comfort, gli spazi interni sono ampi cosi da consentire agli ospiti di mantenere la propria privacy. Il giardino circonda la villa ,curato alla perfezione,dove fioriscono bellissime rose in prossimità della piscina che ogni mattina viene pulita accuratamente dal Sig.Walter che ringrazia mo per la sua gentilezza e cortesia. Villa Elisa, situata in un punto strategico, gode di panorami mozzafiato. Incantevoli distese di viti e Ulivi rendono tutto paradisiaco. Grazie Elisa per la vostra cordialità! N.M.
