“I think this is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the town center, but a bus stops directly in front of the hotel and a slope goes relatively close to the hotel. The staff was super hospitable and the breakfast was well-prepared! Other stuff like a well-equipped ski storage and nice spa area were great too!
I think the hotel would benefit from replacing the safes since they were too small to store a tablet or laptop. I didn't like the pillows too much but otherwise the rooms were……

“Sadly we were very disappointed as no one was at reception to check in at 1pm we had to find someone. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The room charge was €168 for a single occupancy & when I included my wife who joined me they added €120. Other hotels offer greater value for money & don’t rely on an old reputation for being the hotel to be in! ”

“The good - great location, right next to the A2 gondola and across the street from ski rental shops and the local grocery. Away from the main Apres area but we appreciated not being in the center of the loudest part of town (and easy to walk to the other side of town if desired). Staff were helpful upon checking in and service was good throughout the stay. We did half board (dinner included) and dinner was better than expected. Breakfast was excellent.

“A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. The road between Warth and Lech is closed (not sure if it is a permanent thing for winters, but that means that Lech/Oberlech can only be reached by……
